The West Linn calendar
Life in West Linn runs on a busy events calendar, and our units follow it. Summer brings graduations and backyard weddings on the bluff lots, fall means school and sports functions, and spring fills with fundraisers and park gatherings. For the nicer of these, a deluxe flushing unit or the climate-controlled restroom trailer fits the setting, with an ADA accessible unit near the entrance.
The steady work is construction, since West Linn keeps adding custom homes and remodels on its slopes. A standard unit and a handwashing station cover a small site, and we build up to a row of units as a larger project fills out its schedule.
Placing on the bluffs
West Linn's terrain is the thing to plan for, with streets that climb and curve and lots that fall toward the river. A driver picks the flattest firm ground, often near the top of a drive, and levels the unit on the grade. On a wooded bluff lot the ground stays soft through the wet season, so we set boards or gravel and keep units off the low, damp corners.
Reaching West Linn and its neighbors
We come into West Linn off I-205 and Highway 43 along the river, and the town shares our southern route with Lake Oswego, Oregon City, and Tualatin, so an added stop rarely needs a separate trip. A unit set near a public street may fall under a Clackamas County or city right-of-way rule, so it is worth checking placement before your date.
For a build that lasts we set a weekly service and keep the day across the rainy months. Let us know the driveway grade, the surface, and where a truck turns, and the delivery goes right on the first visit.
