Units for a working NE neighborhood
Parkrose is a mix of trades and homes, so the jobs vary: a warehouse or truck-yard project off Columbia Boulevard, a house flip on a deep lot, a nursery on the lowland edge, a school or church event near Sandy. A standard cabin covers a crew, and an ADA unit plus handwashing suit anything the public touches.
For a graduation, a quinceanera, or a company barbecue, a deluxe flushing unit is the comfortable pick, and the climate-controlled restroom trailer steps up a wedding or a larger celebration on a private lot.
Placing units where there's room
A lot of Parkrose has space to work, with deep residential lots and open industrial yards. On a warehouse or truck-yard job we line units against a fence or a building, clear of the trailer lanes and the dock. On a home project we set the cabin on the driveway or a gravel edge where the pump truck pulls right up.
The airport flight path overhead is no issue for us, but tell us about any locked gate, a guard shack, or a yard where a name is needed at the entrance so the driver is not left waiting.
Access and wet-season footing
Wide arterials like Sandy and Columbia make Parkrose easy to reach outside rush hour. The lowland ground near the river holds water, so through the rainy months we stage units on gravel, pavement, or a firm yard rather than a soft nursery row or a soaked lot. A jobsite gets weekly service; an event is a simple drop and haul. If a unit needs a public lane, check with the City of Portland about a permit first.
