What Markham projects call for

Placing a unit above a ravine
These lots pitch toward the ravines, so we look for the one solid, level spot, usually the driveway or a benched pad near the house, and set the unit there on planks so it sits square and safe well back from the drop.
When the buildable ground is uphill of the street, we stage the unit near the drive so the crew reaches it on flat footing, and we keep the truck's service run short and off the crumbly ravine shoulder.
Access and weather on the slope
Streets here wind and dead-end with few places to turn a truck, so our driver plans the approach and a service spot ahead of time, and since we already work these Southwest hills, a Markham stop usually lands on schedule.
