Rentals for a Southwest hillside
Most Maplewood work is residential and set into the trees: a hillside remodel, a deck rebuild, or a new-home foundation on a sloped lot takes a standard unit and a handwashing station, brought up on the Southwest route we run through these hills.
A tree-lot cleanup or a longer build gets the same kit on a monthly rental, and for a family event on one of the flatter properties we bring a deluxe flushing unit or the climate-controlled restroom trailer instead of a jobsite setup.
Finding footing on a sloped lot
Level ground is scarce here, so we scout the flattest reachable spot, a driveway apron or a graded pad, and set the unit there on planks so it stays square on a hillside that wants to tip everything downhill.
Where a lot falls away steeply, we keep the unit near the top by the drive so the crew is not climbing a muddy grade to use it, and we keep the truck's service line short and off the soft downslope.
Access and the wet Southwest season
The lanes curve and narrow under the maples with few turnarounds, so our driver checks the approach and a place to service before the run, and because we already cover these hills, a Maplewood drop rarely waits long.
Rain soaks this wooded ground for much of the year and the canopy keeps it damp, so we always build a firm base so a unit never sinks into leaf litter or ruts a soft shoulder. The dry green summer opens up the yard projects and gatherings. Delivery, pumping, and pickup come as one order, which suits a quiet hillside street.
