Rentals for a district of big rooms
This is event and construction country. A plaza gathering by the Convention Center or an overflow crowd near the Rose Quarter wants a bank of deluxe flushing units, ADA-accessible units, and often the climate-controlled restroom trailer, all staged where a guest reaches them without crossing a transit lane.
The commercial and tower work draws the other half of our Lloyd orders: standard units and handwashing stations for a crew, set on a monthly rental and pumped often enough to keep a busy high-rise site clean through a long schedule.
Staging on a superblock
The blocks here are large and the sidewalks carry event and MAX-rail crowds, so we set units on a plaza edge or in a cordoned staging bay where they serve the flow and never pinch a rail platform or a crosswalk.
For a tower build we tuck standard units against the site hoarding, out of the pedestrian route, and keep the service path short so the truck works the unit without blocking a loading zone or a transit stop.
Access and timing in the Lloyd
Rail lines, one-way couplets, and event traffic all cross here, so our driver picks a delivery window that misses the worst of it and services from a spot that keeps a platform and a crosswalk open. We map that approach before arrival.
The wet season still runs the calendar, so units sit on firm footing on a plaza or lot so no base softens over a long build, and pumping is timed to a high-use event or a busy crew. Dry-weather weekends load up with conventions and arena nights. One order carries the drop, the servicing, and the pickup, which matters where the schedule is this packed.
