Rentals that fit a Humboldt project
This is infill country. Most calls are new construction on a split lot, a rowhouse cluster going up, or an ADU behind an older bungalow. A standard unit and a handwashing station cover a framing crew from excavation through finish.
For a block party, a backyard gathering, or a small wedding, a deluxe flushing unit keeps guests out of the house, and the restroom trailer is there for something larger. An ADA-accessible unit can be added to either.
Where a unit goes on a narrow Humboldt lot
Lots here are often narrow and increasingly built out, so the workable spot is usually the front setback near the sidewalk or a corner of the driveway. We set the unit where the truck can pull alongside without blocking the whole street.
On a split-lot build with two houses going up, we place the unit between the two so both crews reach it, and we move it once as the work shifts from framing to finish.
Access and timing off Williams
Williams and Vancouver run one-way and carry heavy bike traffic, so our driver works from the side streets and keeps the truck out of the bike lane. We are through inner North daily, so a Humboldt drop is usually same or next day.
Through the wet months we keep the unit on firm footing, and on a long build we set the pumping schedule to match the crew size rather than a fixed calendar. One order covers the drop, servicing, and pickup.
