Placing a unit on close-in blocks
The streets through Ladd's Addition curve on the diagonal and the rest of the neighborhood runs to narrow lots with alleys out back, so curb room is tight. For a remodel on one of the old foursquares we look for a spot inside the site fence, off the alley, or along a driveway edge where the unit clears the framing and the neighbors' parking.
The diagonal streets and roundabouts in Ladd's confuse a lot of drivers, but ours know the pattern, so delivery and each service call are timed to slip in and out without snarling a corner. If the only room is on the street, plan on checking with the City of Portland about a right-of-way permit.
What the neighborhood rents
Renovations on the century-old houses take standard units set off the alley, with a handwashing station when the trades are pouring or sanding. The breweries and taprooms along the industrial edge rent units for release parties and outdoor pours, often adding a deluxe flushing unit for the crowd.
Down by the river, event crews working the greenway and the boat ramps rent deluxe units and an ADA accessible unit so a mixed crowd has a level, easy approach off the path.

Tell us the address, whether the unit goes inside a fence, off the alley, or by the river, and your dates. We confirm a placement that keeps it clear of the narrow streets and set it on firm ground. Service is a standing weekly stop, stepped up for a busy build or a run of events, with pumping and restock on the same trip. We work Monday through Saturday, four in the morning to four in the afternoon, and close Sunday.
