Wide lots make placement simple
This part of east Portland was built for cars, so the arterials off 102nd and 122nd are broad and the commercial parcels run deep. A driver can usually pull straight in and set a unit at the back of a lot or beside a building pad without the curb-space juggling that close-in blocks demand.
That said, the flat ground here holds winter water, and a raw dirt build site turns to mud fast. We set units on gravel or board where a pad is soft so they stay level and the approach does not churn up through the wet season.
What Hazelwood rents
Commercial tenant improvements, apartment framing, and strip-mall remodels around Gateway take standard units, frequently several, staged where the trades gather. A handwashing station rounds out the setup where there is concrete or drywall work in progress.
Community events, swap meets, and church gatherings on the big lots rent deluxe flushing units for comfort and an ADA accessible unit so every attendee has a flat, easy approach across the pavement.
From call to clean unit
Give us the address, the lot or building you want the unit near, and your dates. We confirm a placement that keeps it clear of the drive aisles and set it on solid ground. Service is a standing weekly stop, bumped up when a crew or a crowd runs it hard, with pumping and restock on the same route. Need more units partway through a job? We add to the order and fold them into the same route. We work Monday through Saturday, four in the morning to four in the afternoon, and close on Sunday.
