Reaching an island site by the water
Hayden Island is all bridge access and waterfront, so getting a unit here means routing across the I-5 span and threading the moorage roads and marina lots by the river. Our drivers know the turns down to the floating-home docks and the boat ramps, and they will find a firm spot near the gangway rather than out on soft fill.
Ground close to the water can be sandy or made of old riverbank, so we set on boards or gravel where a pad is loose. Wind comes straight off the Columbia here, so we place the unit with its back to the open water and stake it where a gust could otherwise catch the door.
What gets rented on the river
Marinas and moorage associations rent standard units for members and dock crews, often with a handwashing station near the fuel dock or the boat wash. Dock repairs and piling work take a unit staged right at the ramp for the crew.
Riverside events, boat shows, and summer parties on the island lean toward deluxe flushing units, with an ADA accessible unit so guests arriving by car or by boat all have an even, easy approach off the dock.
Setting up a rental out here
Give us the marina, the moorage, or the address and tell us how close to the water the unit needs to sit. We confirm an approach a service truck can make across the bridge and set the unit on firm ground clear of the tide line and the wind. Service is a standing weekly stop, more often in the busy boating months, with pumping and restock on the same trip. Hours are Monday through Saturday, four in the morning to four in the afternoon, closed Sunday.
