Placing a unit on the downtown edge
Goose Hollow streets run narrow and one-way as they climb from Jefferson toward the hills, and curb space is scarce near the stadium. For a condo or apartment build we look for a spot inside the site fence or a loading zone the crew controls, so the unit is not fighting for a metered space that turns over all day.
When the only room is on the street, plan on checking with the City of Portland about a right-of-way permit before we set there. We time delivery and each service call around the traffic and the match calendar so a truck is never boxed in on a game afternoon.
Rentals for events and building here
Event organizers working the blocks around Providence Park rent deluxe flushing units for tailgates, viewing parties, and street festivals, with an ADA accessible unit so the whole crowd is covered on a level approach.
High-rise and infill construction takes standard units staged behind the fence, paired with a handwashing station for the trades. For a catered rooftop or a private reception, the climate-controlled restroom trailer keeps a dressed-up crowd comfortable without hunting for a lobby bathroom.
Getting it booked around the crowds
Tell us the address, whether the unit sits inside a fence or on the street, and the dates. We confirm a placement that clears foot traffic and the game-day surge, then set it on firm ground. Service runs on a set weekly schedule, stepped up for a busy build or a run of events, with pumping and restock on the same trip. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, four in the morning to four in the afternoon, closed Sunday.
