Rentals that fit an East Columbia project
The work out here runs bigger than a city lot: site work on acreage, a shop or outbuilding going up, utility crews along the slough, and the occasional long-run contract for a business off Columbia Boulevard. Standard units and handwashing stations do most of it.
For a large outdoor gathering on open ground, we scale the unit count to the crowd and add an ADA-accessible unit. The restroom trailer works where there is a firm approach and enough room to bring it in.
Where a unit goes on open ground
Space is not the constraint here, footing is. Much of East Columbia is low and holds water, so we set the unit on the firmest reachable ground, usually a gravel pad, a driveway, or a compacted haul road rather than open field.
On a spread-out site we place units near where the crew actually works instead of at the gate, and we move them as the job shifts across the property.
Access and timing off Columbia Boulevard
Columbia Boulevard is the way in and it runs heavy with trucks, so our driver plans the turn-in rather than crossing traffic blind. Once off the boulevard the lanes are quiet and the approach is straightforward.
Through the wet season the low ground softens fast, and we would rather set a unit on gravel than risk rutting a field. One order covers the drop, the servicing schedule, and pickup when the work ends.
