What an established neighborhood books
Cedar Hills is mostly built out, so the work here leans toward remodels, teardown-rebuilds, and additions rather than raw subdivisions. A single standard unit and a handwashing station cover a remodel crew, and we bump the count up when a rebuild goes to framing and the head count grows for a stretch.
The community calendar keeps things moving too. Park cleanups and sports days, swim-club and school events, and backyard graduation and birthday parties all book restrooms. A deluxe flushing unit fits a nicer gathering, with an ADA accessible unit when the guest list calls for it and the trailer for a wedding.
Fitting a unit on a settled street
The lots here are comfortable but the streets are mature, with parked cars, street trees, and the occasional narrow driveway. We set close to the work, keep the pump route short, and mind the low branches an older neighborhood grows over an access lane, so a driver rarely needs a second pass to place a unit.
On a teardown or remodel, the yard is often torn up and soft through the wet months. We set units on plywood or a gravel patch to keep a heavy tank off the mud and level, and a quick note on where the truck can pull in lets the driver plan the angle before backing.
Delivery on the inner Westside
Cedar Hills shares a route with Beaverton, Cedar Mill, and West Slope, so an add-on stop almost never means a separate trip. On a long remodel we set a steady weekly service and hold the day through the drizzly season, keeping the unit clean and stocked from the first week to the last.
