Units that suit acreage country
Out here the work tends toward the ground itself: septic and well jobs, pole barns, fence lines, and the odd new house going up on a few cleared acres. A standard unit paired with a handwashing station covers most of that, and we add rows of units when a framing push brings a bigger head count for a stretch.
The other half of the calendar is people gathering on land they own. Barberton hosts 4-H barns, church picnics, graduation cookouts, and open-field weddings, so a deluxe flushing unit or the climate-controlled restroom trailer steps in when a host wants something nicer than the basic gray box near the barn.
Bridging the Columbia and Clark County rules
Every unit bound for Barberton crosses one of the river bridges before it climbs north past Orchards, so we build the run around the I-205 approach and hold a steady day rather than chasing the crossing twice. Neighbors like Brush Prairie and Hockinson ride the same loop, which keeps an add-on stop from turning into its own trip.
Washington sets its own paperwork, so a job touching a county road shoulder or a right-of-way may need a Clark County permit. Placement on your own acreage is arranged straight with us, and it is worth a quick check with the county before anything sits near the pavement.
Firm footing on gravel and pasture
Long gravel driveways and soft pasture are the norm north of the county, and from October into spring the low corners hold water. We carry plywood and set units on a gravel pad or a firm shoulder so a heavy tank never leans or sinks into ground that has been soaking for a week.
